wow refundable, that's good. You mean people can get their money anytime?
I said you are not making people poorer right? well then that''s good. Don't sound as if i dont understand your website because anybody can be smarter than you. You should know how to handle comments or criticism professionally. And dont bloody tell me that I can be their lawyer, you are nobody to me to tell me what i should do. I am not personally interested with whatever case and what's happening in your office. It would be good if people will be aware of what they are really dealing with. You cannot avoid issues because that's a part of your business. But maybe you should be more aware and more vigilant of what are the possible circumstances and expectations filipinos have in exchange of them paying you a fee. Im asking your office to explain the allegations. What i hate if ever is Filipinos being fooled by a another filipino much more with a Briton. Which i think you have explained that your not...and i say "good on yah mate" otherwise you'll be chuck a block of complaits.
Fees that being made is fully refundable...it is all clear to them, and for correction it is not Ph10,000.00 and that is not for them to get employer. We are a consultancy and as a consultants we fix documents, sort the proper steps in attaining high approval for getting proper visa. How can I make my clients poorer as they are all fully aware the difference of a consultancy and a recruitment agency? Besides, assisting and recruiting is different. If you look around the country, ours the cheapest fees especially is processing documents...so, how did i made clients poorer? Marie was a former employee being questioned for financial descripency which collects payments through western union without the consent of the office. She and her sister as well stolen the master list of all the applicants and stated texting this people a week ago to file a complaint against us. Anyway as i said if you think we are an illegal recruiter...what legal basis you can say? Marie, an employee that was being questioned and many other applicants sent money through her which was not remitted at the office. As for the report she was interviewed saying she pities the clients... after 6months working with us now she would say we are illegal? as a manager, she should have noticed it before as all the transaction is made by her. Even calling clients and insisting to send money through western union or lbc when in fact the company has its own bank...its common maybe here the blackmail system...to cover up for your own mistake, you must make another story to blame it to others. Why now she syddenly an ally when a day before she was gone she even collected money. anyway...thanks for the comment

Why are you posting your sister's email? What's the Taylor's got to say about it. People don't wanna know about Ms. Marie and what's the problem in your office. The main point that you need to address is about the 10 thousand pesos you are charging your clients. I believe you....you clearly posted a warning that your office is not a recruitment agency. But that's just an easy statement. Are you not with what you are doing? Why can't you charge the fee after finding an employer? How many people get an employer in exchange of their 10 thousand? That's the point that you need to address. Your mouth is not a recruitment agency maybe but i what you do is questionable...collecting a fee to find an employer. Please explain. Are you willing to give back the money of those who dont trust your office anymore? You want to help right, then maybe you can post here that those who are not happy with your office can get back their 10 thousand, or do you have any policy in regards to the fee you are collecting. People are borrowing money paying interest for it because of a lot of reasons, majority being so poor. You are not making them poorer right! What do you say now?
